Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear back into its original box and secure it within a mailing bag or outer packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

  Generate a Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier and print your pre-paid return shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Drop Off Locally

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or your local Wynsors retail store, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
